⛵Shipment Communications

You can use communication tab to followup with forwarders, suppliers and your colleague about a specific shipment.

For every shipment, you will have a communication center where you can chat with all collaborators of that shipment.

Shipment page -> Communication tab -> Send message

When you send a message from communication tab, the person(s) you've tagged will receive an email notification.

Email notificaiton for new messages -> Recepient can reply via email w/o having to login to the platform.
