Invite your Team

Go to profile page to invite you team: https://go.beebolt.com/profile

a. Start by adding your team member by going to "Team" tab. They will receive an invitation email to join

Profile page -> Team Tab -> Add Team Member

Create your contact list (e.g. Forwarders and Suppliers)

Go to "Connection" tab to add your forwarder and suppliers.

This will be your contact list to be used whenever you want to communicate with your partners. Note: They will not receive an invite email at this stage. They'll be notified as you soon as you create a shipment and you add them to collaborate.

Profile page -> Connections Tab -> Add External Connection
