Here is how to invite a colleague or external parties (e.g. Suppliers) to a shipment:
Shipment Access Management
Enhanced access control on shipments now allows users to customize permissions, introducing Owner, Editor, and Viewer roles for increased flexibility in managing access rights based on user preferences and company needs.
Also, shipment’s admins will be added by default as Owner.
On the shipment page, click on "Invite Shipment Collaborators" and You will see your connections list to whom you can give access for viewing or for editing. After that, the selected person will get the notification.
