How to activate tracking?

You can activate tracking by MBL or Container number. If you activate by MBL, you will receive update for all the underlying containers in that shipment. Therefore, we highly recommend you to activate by MBL instead of container.

Click on Activate -> Add MBL (or Container number) and Submit

Containers level Visibility

Would you like to know the exact events for that specific container? At Beebolt you can do it without any complex processes!

This feature enables real-time updates on containers, if a shipment consists of multiple containers and some have already been delivered while others are still in transit, you can track each container's progress separately.

First, go to any Sea shipment that you would like to track.

Then go to the Containers tab

Here you will get all the container’s tracking information.

Importing Existing Shipments

Now simply search by tracking number to automatically generate shipments if not previously created, displaying tracking details seamlessly.

Additionally, enjoy the convenience of adding bulk tracking numbers, enabling the creation of multiple shipments effortlessly.

First, click on “+Create” on the top right menu and select “Import Shipments”

Then enter the container or MBL numbers of the shipments and click on Continue. After that, you’ll be able to see their tracking info and the shipments will be created automatically so that you can receive notifications about them going forward.

At the end of your “Shipments” you will see new created shipments based on tracking numbers added by you.
