How to consolidate PO's and create a new booking? After submitting, you can find your order. Click on “Add Collaborators” icon, and change the access level if you need (manager, editor, viewer,...etc).
So for more details click on the extend icon.
From this part you can consolidate PO and create the new Booking
Enter your value and click on the “add to booking’ button. Check all your values and click on the “create booking” button
From here you can create a new shipment for your Purchase Order
Or select to exist one
At this stage, you have to select the correct shipment to which you will assign your purchase order
After selecting the shipment and assigning you can see on the “Booking” tab your Purchase Orders
In addition, when clicking on “Attached Purchase Order” you can mention your team’s members and write your comments

Create new booking inside the shipment page
Now at Beebolt, there is no need to create the Booking after creating a Purchase Order!
You can now create bookings directly from the shipment page, eliminating the need to navigate to the PO tab, create a purchase order, and then assign the booking to the shipment separately.
