Option 1: Send RFQ right after creating a shipment
Option 2: Send RFQ from the Shipment Page -> Quote tab
Invited forwarders will receive an automated email prompting them to provide a quote. They simply need to follow the link in the email and submit their quotation. Getting notification Email and Providing the Quote from Forwarder
After clicking "Click Here to Quote," you'll be redirected to the quoting page. Note: Rankings now prioritize price, but cargo owners should also consider factors like transit time for a transparent evaluation.
The ranking system is now labeled "Tier 1," "Tier 2," etc., offering cargo owners more negotiation flexibility without implying specific numerical ranks.
Cargo owners can customize proposal settings, toggling the visibility of rankings. When switched off, forwarders won't view rankings on the proposal page or receive emails about rank changes. Working with the Submitted Quotes Easily monitor quotes and track progress. Get email notifications upon forwarder submission and view quotes directly in the Quotes tab on the shipment page. Manage bidding deadlines by clicking the blue bar to cancel or extend.

Revoke mistakenly awarded Quotation Would you like to revoke a quote after accepting and accept another forwarder quotation? At Beebolt you can do it!
Users can revoke a quotation and an email will be sent to the forwarder that says
"The quote that was accepted earlier for the shipment has been revoked." and other forwarders will receive the following email after revoke "The quotation process for the shipment is open again." You can do it from “Quotes” part via clicking on “Status”
Then, via clicking “Re-award” you will decline the mentioned quote and accept the new proposal.
After confirming you will get the notification about Re-awarding and the declined email will be sent.
And same process for when you will Revoke quotation from Forwarder
After Revoking you should accept the quotation
