How can I negotiate during RFQ process?

You can use proposal comment section to follow up, ask your question, and negotiate with forwarders.

Shipment page -> Quotes tab -> View details -> Add your comment

When you add a comment, the forwarder will receive and email and can simply reply back via email. Forwarders email will appear in the comment section for you.
